You have to plant a rope in a or around your house.

અમે આપેલ છોડ આપે આપના ઘરની અંદર અથવા તેની આસપાસ  વાવવાનો રહેશે.

You will be gifted to attend free workshop of 02 hrs one time on any Sunday among three Venues.

આપને દર રવિવારે 02 કલાક માટે ત્રણ સ્થળે યોજાતા ગરબા વર્કશોપ પૈકી કોઈપણ એક સ્થળે માત્ર એકવાર જોડાવાની ફ્રી માં તક અર્થાત્  ભેટ મળશે.

આપને દર રવિવારે 02 કલાક માટે ઉપરોક્ત ત્રણ સ્થળે યોજાતા ગરબા વર્કશોપ પૈકી કોઈપણ એક સ્થળે માત્ર એકવાર જોડાવાની ફ્રી માં તક અર્થાત્  ભેટ મળશે.

For your free workshop, You can choose your time on any Sunday and Venue among 03 locations as per your convenience.

Health benefits of dancing dandiya raas

1. As good as an intense workout: The dance during Navratri is as good as aerobics or cardio workout since it involves the entire body. You are dancing there with your hands swaying and feet dancing making every part of the body move to music
